Too Many Addons:
I don’t really like the way authors push other addons with the program. I don’t know why they don’t put all information into one package. Maybe it is a sale tactic, but anyways, the main Unlock Your Hip Flexors book is available at $10.

Being able to lift 500 pounds was a great achievement and a great confidence booster for myself.
